1.6 - Update
Alright. Finally got my stock back up (sort of). I still don’t have the mass of cobblestone and wood I’d like, but that’s easy. Found a new cavern behind a wall of dirt in the mine by my house, and in there I found lots more iron, some red stone, 2 more pieces of gold, and 3 more diamond. Not a bad haul. I made sure to be suer-weary of lava this time around.

Return home; fence is on fire because it was too close to lava.
Frantically trying to put it out; fall into lava.
Lost my compass, all my iron ore, and a bunch of other shit.
(Luckily my redstone dust and diamonds were safely stowed in my chest)
